Recognize that the development of imbalances in your mind-body took time, and similarly, your healing journey will require time. During the Report of Findings, receive a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique constitution, with a commitment to working together for 6-12 months. The implementation of your treatment plan will progress at a pace suitable for you.

Irina is a graduate of the California College of Ayurveda.  Founded in 1995 The California College of Ayurveda (CCA) was the first school to gain government approval and provide formal education in the field of holistic practice of Ayurvedic Medicine outside of India. CCA has become both the largest and most recognized center for Ayurvedic education in the United States.

Irina had a privilege of studying Sampoorna Yoga with Sri Yogi Hari in his ashram in Miramar, FL.   Irina  is Yoga Alliance certified instructor: 500hr RYT  Sampoorna Yoga,  200 RYT certified  Hot Yoga (Bikram style).
